What is coaching?
En vanlig missuppfattning är tron om att coachen ska berätta vad jag ska göra för att ”lyckas”. Det handlar inte om att övertyga dig om något utan istället jobbar jag med att hjälpa dig att lyssna på din inre sanning och med hjälp av frågor ta fram det Du vet är rätt för dig.
Oavsett om du känner att du avancerat långt och känner att du vill finslipa eller om du känner dig helt fast inom ett område i livet, så är lösningen på att göra en förflyttning framåt, att hitta stillheten och utforska vilka svar som finns inom dig.
Min roll som coach är att lyssna på dig, höra på vad du säger, vad du inte säger och med hjälp av frågor och observationer låsa upp det som hindrar dig från att få fram den potentialen som du har inom dig.
