About me
My story
I will always remember my mother's words when I moved to Sweden from Poland as a 5-year-old:
“Marek, if you study hard, you’ll get a good job, and then everything will work out!”
This naive simplification, in good faith, characterized my formative years and shaped me into an ambitious academic who always strived for the highest grades and was drawn to high-performance environments. But it would turn out that a good job doesn't fix everything in life.
How it all began
Thanks to an inspiring leader, I ended up in the automotive industry after my studies, and at the age of 25 I was given responsibility for a business with 50 employees and a turnover of 50 million. But I quickly realised that real leadership and reading about it in books are two completely different things. Despite my enthusiasm, I slowly transformed into a boss that no one wanted. My big ego blinded me, and I interpreted the dissatisfaction of the staff as the result of the complaining people not performing. This leadership was wearing me down and was not sustainable.

Through constructive conversations with mentors and colleagues, I realized that if I truly care about my employees, they will want to see our and the company’s best interests and flourish as individuals. This was my turning point, and since then I have learned that genuine leadership is built on caring. My journey led me to the opportunity to start Tesla’s operations in Gothenburg. Despite the amazing results we achieved, I am most proud of the leaders I have nurtured and the relationships I have built with them.
In parallel with building Tesla’s business, I found myself in a personal crisis when my relationship collapsed and I became an “every other week” parent, something I had always hoped my child would avoid, but despite my efforts, the nightmare came true. This crisis became the start of one of the most important journeys of my life – an inner journey to better understand myself and, through it, others.
I realized that there was a lot inside me that I needed to learn to deal with. That journey has been bumpy and difficult; my second attempt to build a family also failed, but gave me a wonderful daughter. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with cancer.

My path forward
The part I enjoyed most about my leadership role was getting to immerse myself in my employees and help them grow in their roles.

For me, it is a privilege to see coaching clients make life changes through our coaching conversations, and coaching sessions have become a favorite time of the day.
I can look back on my life and see in retrospect that I have always been a seeker who has been open to new impressions and the mysteries of life. After the first major personal crisis, an inner journey began where I tested different methods to develop myself, psychologist, reading books, etc. But the foundation of my inner and spiritual journey has been to come into contact with Life Alignment and energy healing.
" With the help of energy healing, I have been allowed to rebuild myself from the ground up."
Thanks to this, I have been able to release energy blockages, become aware of thoughts and behavior patterns, heal physically, and create major changes in my life. Today, there is nothing better than seeing my clients grow and enrich their lives through these major shifts.
Both of these tools have been invaluable to me, and since I had the opportunity to try them, I have wanted to help other people. I am now on an exciting journey where I integrate my experiences from the corporate world with my inner spiritual path. In my daily life, I am both the CEO of a technology company and run my own coaching and energy healing business .
